1. What we collect
When you use our services we may collect your name, contact details, Emirates ID and passport data, visa status, and copies of the documents you submit for typing, attestation or government filing. When you use the contact form on this website we receive only what you type into it (it is delivered to us via your own WhatsApp or email app and is not stored on this website).
2. Why we use it
We use your data solely to provide the typing, attestation, translation and PRO services you request — preparing and submitting applications to the relevant UAE authorities, quoting fees, and keeping you updated.
3. Sharing
Documents and data are shared only with the UAE government authorities or licensed third parties required to process your application (for example the ICP, GDRFA, Dubai Economy, MOHRE/Tasheel or MOFA and authorised translation/attestation services). We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
4. Retention & security
Paper documents and digital copies are kept only as long as needed to complete and support your applications, and are stored in our access-controlled office. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
5. Your rights
You may ask us at any time what data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or ask how your data has been used. Contact us using the details below and we will respond promptly.
