1. Nature of our service
Travel Haste is an independent typing, document and PRO services center. We are not a government department, immigration authority, embassy, consulate, court or insurer, and we are not an official representative of any authority we file with. Applications are submitted on your behalf and remain subject to the approval, requirements, fees and processing times of the relevant UAE authorities.
2. Fees & payments
Service fees for typing, preparation and support are agreed up front and quoted before work begins. Official government charges (such as ICP, Dubai Economy, MOHRE or MOFA fees) are paid separately and passed on exactly as charged by the authority. A service fee is earned once typing and filing work has been completed and is not refundable if the authority later rejects or varies the application.
3. Your documents
You confirm that the documents and information you provide are genuine and complete. We may decline to process documents we reasonably believe to be false, forged or incomplete. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you supply; we will always check the data we type with you before submission.
4. Timelines
Any processing times we mention are typical estimates based on our experience. Final timelines are set by the relevant authority and may vary with demand, document completeness or additional checks. We do not guarantee specific approval dates or outcomes.
5. Confidentiality
We treat your personal and business data as confidential and share it only as needed to process your applications, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the service fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, decisions made by authorities, or delays outside our control.
